SAVRAJ LOTTA
Sav has been involved in property since the age of 18 and has experience in flips, rent-to-rent, social housing and commercial conversions. He is currently developing in excess of £12m worth of property alongside working with multiple investors to help them achieve their goals. Sav has also sourced over 70 deals for investors as well as raising in excess of £250k for his social housing projects.
Over the last 2 years he has been working with a number of property investors and developers in guaranteeing their rent on robust long-term commercial leases or facilitating a quick sale for their property if that is what is required. Being backed by a wide conglomerate of high-net worth investors, he has been able to provide landlords with the assurance that their assets are in safe hands and their income is guaranteed.
Sav is also a part of the Sourced Network, the largest group of property professionals in the UK. This gives him access to a wide range of tools, individuals and organisations meaning that any issue in property can be resolved.
Harminder has a wealth of knowledge in property, with his specialty being in the serviced accommodation industry. He co-owns Pass The Property, the UK’s leading serviced accommodation management company for high-end units along with several other successful property businesses.
In conjunction with this Harminder has a multi-million-pound property portfolio of high-end serviced accommodation units, BTL and HMOs across the country.
Harminder core value is integrity combined with his vision to create a luxury experience and not just a property, hence The Property Guarantee Group was created.

Raj has involvement within property for several years starting from his early teens being involved with family run real estate businesses ranging from commercial to residential. Fast forward today Raj is sourcing several properties for a number of investors ranging from rent to rents BTL’s and HMO’s across the Country.
In conjunction with this Raj has built a strong portfolio of personal rent to rents whilst working alongside Pass the Property as a sales manager assisting UK and international investors with onboarding and acquisitions of high end luxury serviced accommodation properties across the country.
Ethan started his property career back in 2018 working as an Estate Agent in the Sales sector. Having met lots of successful property investors and clients, this is where his true passion for property began. Since meeting and working with Harminder at the Pass The Property, Ethan now sources highly profitable serviced accommodation units, both for rental (R2R) and purchase (Buy2SA) as well as growing his own portfolio of high end luxury holiday style properties across the UK.
